POSTAGE
Small orders (up to 5 cards) will be posted by Royal Mail Second Class Free!
Larger orders will be posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery cost £2.95

Option to upgrade free postage on small orders to Royal Mail Special Delivery cost £2.95.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made by cheque, bank deposit or Paypal.  Items will not be posted until funds have cleared.

50% non refundable payment to be received with order with the balance of 50% to be received after proof-reading and confirmation email.  In the event that the final balance is not received then order will not be posted and considered cancelled.

DIY wedding stationery must be paid for in full at time of order.  I recommend purchasing a sample so you can see exactly what they look like.

Samples must be paid for in full at time of order.

REFUNDS
No refunds are available on personalised stationery as they are proof-read and confirmed correct by the purchaser.  In the event of an error being made by me after this stage I will put the error right immediately and pay all postage costs associated with this error.

Refunds on DIY stationery are available as long as items are received back by me in perfect re-saleable condition.  Please post by insured method (special delivery recommended) as I am not liable for them going missing in the post.  Refund less postage will be processed within 24hours of receipt of items.
